Super cool vintage 90s Betsy and Adam brand mini dress. Really unique design with a halter neck AND shoulder straps that is really flattering. Navy fabric has a bit of stretch, with all-over glitter effect. The halter neck closes in the back with 3 sparkly buttons, and there’s a faux pearl and rhinestone adornment in the front that seems as though it could easily be removed if one wanted.
